Except where otherwise specified, we, Blue Foot Galapagos Limited, a company registered in England with company number 16436630 and registered office address of 15 Cornwallis Crescent, Bristol, BS8 4PJ (“Blue Foot Galapagos”, “we”, “us”, “our”) act only as a booking agent in respect of all bookings we take and/or make on your behalf.

We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any travel arrangements or other services you purchase (“Arrangements”) or for the acts or omissions of any supplier, local operator, or other person(s) or party(ies) connected with any arrangements. For all Arrangements, your contract will be with the supplier of the Arrangements in question (the “Supplier/Principal”).

By making a booking with us, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that they:

• Have read these Agency Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them;
• Consent to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and are authorised to disclose such data for all persons on the booking, including special categories (such as health or dietary requirements);
• Are over 18 years of age and financially responsible for the booking;
• Accept responsibility for under-18s on the booking and indemnify Blue Foot Galapagos against related claims or losses.

1. Contract: We act as agent and accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the Supplier/Principal or services provided by them. Your contract is with them, and you are advised to review their terms carefully. Acceptance is assumed 48 hours after receiving them if we are not notified otherwise.

2. Booking: You must check that all names, dates, and details are accurate. Incorrect info may lead to surcharges or denied services. The booking info will be shared with the Supplier/Principal and relevant authorities as required.

3. Payment: A deposit or full payment may be required at booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date. If not, the Supplier/Principal may cancel your trip. Additional international transaction or conversion fees may apply depending on your bank.

4. Prices: Advertised prices may change without notice. Confirm final pricing at the time of booking. We are not liable for additional surcharges, taxes, or fees imposed by governments or suppliers.

5. Insurance: You are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance. Without it, we will not be responsible for losses that could have been covered by such a policy.

6. Special Requests: We’ll pass along any special requests (dietary, accessibility, etc.), but fulfillment cannot be guaranteed and isn’t our responsibility.

7. Changes & Cancellations by You: Must be submitted in writing. All changes are subject to availability and applicable supplier fees. We also charge a $100 administration fee per person per change or cancellation.

8. Changes & Cancellations by Supplier: We’ll inform you as early as possible and help coordinate alternatives. We do not assume further liability.

9. Our Responsibility: We are not the provider of the travel services. All suppliers are independent contractors. We accept no liability for their acts, service failures, or unexpected events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, illness, etc.).

10. International Travel & Requirements: You are responsible for checking visa, passport, health, and entry requirements. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to documentation or vaccination issues.

11. Complaints: Must be directed to the Supplier/Principal. For complaints about our booking service, contact us directly. Claims must be received within 60 days of the issue or they may be waived.

12. Indemnification: You agree to defend and indemnify Blue Foot Galapagos and its staff against all claims, liabilities, and legal costs resulting from your breach of these terms or applicable law.

13. Law & Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Accommodation Ratings: Ratings are provided by the supplier and may vary between countries or partners. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or consistency of star ratings.
