Operator's Itinerary

01 Bartolome

Day 1 | Santa Cruz & Bartolome Islands

In the morning, fly to the Galapagos, pay the $20 migration card and $200/$100 park fee at Santa Cruz airport. Meet your guide for transfer to the Catamaran Seaman Journey via bus and panga.

In the afternoon, explore Bartolome Island's volcanic landscapes, including cones, craters, and the iconic pinnacle. Discover beaches with marine turtles and a small Galapagos penguin colony.

02 North Seymour - Blue Footed Booby

Day 2 | Mosquera Islet & North Seymour

In the morning, visit Mosquera Islet, a small, flat island between North Seymour and Baltra. Admire its white sand beach, turquoise waters, green vegetation, and black lava rocks, ideal for photography.

In the afternoon, explore North Seymour, a flat, rocky island with nesting magnificent frigatebirds and blue-footed boobies performing their dances. Observe sea lions body-surfing along the shore.

03 Darwin Bay - People with Sea Lions

Day 3 | Genovesa Island

In the morning, explore El Barranco (The Cliff) on Genovesa Island, a young, rocky site with nesting storm petrels and their predator, the short-eared owl. Look for red-footed and masked boobies.

In the afternoon, discover Darwin Bay, formed by a collapsed crater with a white coral beach. It's a birdwatcher's paradise, home to red-footed boobies, herons, finches, and more.

04 Plazas Sur

Day 4 | South Plaza & Santa Fe

In the morning, visit Plazas, east of Santa Cruz, home to smaller land iguanas and unique hybrid iguanas. Observe swallow-tailed gulls and other seabirds nesting on the rugged cliffs.

In the afternoon, explore Santa Fe, an older, uplifted island with endemic species like the Galapagos hawk and land iguana. Encounter sea lion colonies and giant prickly pear cacti, with opportunities for snorkeling.

05 Giant Tortoise

Day 5 | San Cristobal Island

In the morning, visit the David Rodriguez Land Tortoise Breeding Centre on San Cristobal. Learn about their program to protect the island's giant tortoise population before your transfer to the San Cristobal airport for your flight to the mainland.
