01 North Seymour - frigatebird

Day 1 | Baltra & North Seymour Islands

In the morning, arrive at Baltra Island, where a Petrel representative will assist you through immigration and baggage claim. You will be transferred to the yacht, settle into your cabin, and enjoy a welcome briefing followed by lunch.

In the afternoon, visit North Seymour Island, home to 2,500 land iguanas, sea lions, blue-footed boobies, and frigatebirds. Explore the coast to see both land and marine iguanas and the largest Magnificent Frigatebird colony.

02 Espinoza Point

Day 2 | Isabela & Fernandina Islands

In the morning, explore Vicente Roca Point on Isabela Island, known for its stunning geological formations and rich wildlife, including blue-footed boobies, Nazca boobies, and storm petrels.

In the afternoon, visit Fernandina Island’s Espinosa Point, one of the world’s most pristine ecosystems. See Galapagos penguins, flightless cormorants, and Galapagos hawks.

03 Galapagos Islands Urbina Bay Eagle

Day 3 | Isabela Island

In the morning, visit Tagus Cove on Isabela Island, known for its pirate history with ship names inscribed on volcanic rock. The hike takes you to Darwin Lake, a tuff cone, and offers views of volcanic formations and unique landscapes.

In the afternoon, explore Urbina Bay, where volcanic uplift has exposed coral reefs. Spot giant tortoises, land iguanas, and flightless cormorants as you enjoy the dramatic scenery shaped by tectonic forces.

04 Elizabeth Bay - blue-footed booby

Day 4 | Elizabeth Bay & Moreno Point

In the morning, visit Elizabeth Bay on Isabela Island, a peaceful site with saltwater ponds and mangroves. It’s a haven for birds and sea turtles, which use the area for feeding and sunbathing.

In the afternoon, explore Moreno Point, known for its striking black lava flows and endemic species. Activities include hiking, panga rides to observe sea birds, and snorkeling to discover vibrant underwater life.

05 Arnaldo Tupiza Breeding Center - tortoise

Day 5 | Isabela Island Continued

In the morning, hike Sierra Negra Volcano on Isabela Island, exploring diverse vegetation and geological zones, with the chance to view petrified lava within the caldera.

In the afternoon, visit the Arnaldo Tupiza Breeding Center to learn about tortoise conservation and explore the nearby Isabela Wetlands, home to migratory birds like stilts and flamingos.

06 Highlands - group - tortoise

Day 6 | Santa Cruz Island

In the morning, visit the Charles Darwin Research Station on Santa Cruz Island, where conservation efforts focus on eliminating non-native species and supporting the Giant Tortoise restoration program.

In the afternoon, transfer to Baltra Airport for your flight back to mainland Ecuador, marking the end of your Galapagos adventure. Safe travels!
