01 Baltra

Day 1 | Baltra Island & Charles Darwin Research Station

Arrive at Baltra airport where you will be transferred to the vessel.

In the afternoon, you will visit the Charles Darwin Research Station, an unmissable opportunity to find out about the vital work that is being carried out to preserve the archipelago’s ecosystems.

05 Day Darwin Bay

Day 2 | Genovesa - El Barranco & Darwin Bay

In the morning, you will discover El Barranco, also known as Prince Philip’s Steps, which is a rocky stairway that will lead you past a colony of nazca and red-footed boobies leads up to a plateau of dried lava.

In the afternoon, you will visit Darwin Bay, perfect for snorkeling, kayaking or paddle boarding in calm, sheltered waters in the company of hammerhead sharks, rays and a plethora of colourful reef fish.

06 Day Espumilla Beach

Day 3 | Exploring Santiago Island

In the morning, you will visit the exquisite white sand Espumilla Beach, located on the northern coast of Santiago Island. Later that morning, you will see Buccaneer Cove where sailors, buccaneers and whalers frequently anchored their vessels in search for food and water.

In the afternoon, you will visit Egas Port, which was once the site of a salt mine, but now this impressive black sand beach is an excellent location for snorkeling and observing shorebirds, Sally Lightfoot crabs and marine iguanas.

04 Day Bachas

Day 4 | Exploring Santa Cruz Island

In the morning, you will visit Bachas Beach, a glorious white sand beach on which the remnants of a rusted barge, thought to have been abandoned by the Americans during WWI, can be seen.

In the afternoon, you will visit the Twin craters and the Highlands of Santa Cruz. The best way to appreciate these remarkable, almost identical crater-like holes, caused by the collapse of empty lava chambers, is to take the trail that leads up and around the rims.

08 Day Galapagos Islands Lobos Island

Day 5 | Lobos Island

In the morning, you will visit the Lobos Island by panga, providing the opportunity to snorkel in the calm clear water and see these inquisitive and playful animals up close and it is also common to be accompanied by green turtles and rays as well.

In the afternoon, depart from San Cristobal airport.
