01 Highlands Santa Cruz Island

Day 1 | Baltra & Santa Cruz Islands

In the morning, you will transfer to the boat to meet the guide and get on board. In the afternoon, enjoy the highlands. Visit a tortoise ranch and see some of the amazing volcanic formations on Santa Cruz.

In the afternoon, you will visit the highlands of Santa Cruz and see the Galápagos giant tortoise in its natural surroundings.

02 Bartolome Island

Day 2 | Rabida & Bartolome Island

In the morning, you will arrive at a red sand beach at Rábida to explore its trails. A short trail leads to a saltwater lagoon; another trail goes past the lagoon to the interior.

In the afternoon, you will hike to Bartolomé's summit for a stronger perspective of the islands' not-too-distant volcanic origins, and enjoy a panoramic view.

03 Santa Fe Island

Day 3 | South Plaza & Santa Fe Islands

In the morning, you will visit South Plaza, one of the smallest islands in the Galápagos, which has one of the largest populations of land iguanas. Walk along a path through a cactus forest and view a combination of dry and coastal vegetation.

In the afternoon, it's time to lace up your hiking boats to explore the island's flora and fauna. Trek toward the cliffs along the island's northern shore to see a forest of giant prickly pear cacti.

04 Kicker Rock San Cristobal

Day 4 | San Cristóbal Island

In the morning, you will arrive at a quiet cove on the eastern tip of San Cristóbal to explore Punta Pitt. Enjoy amazing wildlife watching and interesting geological formations on this fascinating expedition.

In the afternoon, you will visit Witch Hill, a breathtaking white sand beach on San Cristobal Island's northern coast. This beach was one of the first sites visited by Charles Darwin.

05 Isla Lobos

Day 5 | Lobos & San Cristóbal Islands

In the morning, you will visit Isla Lobos and be greeted by sea lions frolicking in the waves and a small colony of blue-footed boobies.

In the afternoon, you will visit Tijeretas, a great viewpoint and our first wildlife encounter. Learn about the origins of the Galapagos at the Interpretation Center.

02 Suarez Point

Day 6 | Española Island

In the morning, you will visit Gardner Bay's magnificent white sandy beach, home to sea lions and sea birds.

In the afternoon, you will visit Punta Suárez, one of most rich wildlife landing sites in the Galápagos. Be greeted by surfing young sea lions on arrival. Head to the trail to find many species of nesting sea birds.

03 Post Office Bay

Day 7 | Floreana Island

In the morning, you will visit Punta Cormorant, the only landing site on Floreana Island. Discover two amazingly different beaches: one with green sand, coloured by olivine crystals, and another with white sand particles known as 'Flour Beach'.

In the afternoon, you will visit Post Office Bay and learn about its unique history. In the late 18th century, English whaling vessels placed a barrel here to be used as a post office.

04 Charles Darwin Station

Day 8 | Santa Cruz Island

In the morning, you will disembark in Puerto Ayora and visit Fausto Llerena Breeding Center a great place to observe many species of tortoises and land iguanas in captivity. This area also houses the Charles Darwin Research Station, a scientific organization initiated in 1964, which works to preserve the Galápagos' ecosystem through the conservation efforts of scientists, researchers, and volunteers.

In the afternoon, you will fly back to mainland Ecuador from Baltra airport.

The Main Deck features indoor facilities such as the check-in area with comfortable armchairs where you can sit down and enjoy your favourite drink at the indoor bar located next to the check-in area. There are also two spacious lounges featuring flat screen TVs used by guides for their daily briefings or by yourself to watch videos expanding your knowledge about the Galapagos Islands. We also use them for social celebrations.

Hermes Galapagos Mega Catamaran accommodates 20 guests in 12 state-of-the-art suites, 10 double and 2 single. They are distributed on the main and upper deck and are equipped with a walk-in closet, a fully stocked mini-bar, and a vanity. In addition, they feature floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony. You also have a jacuzzi in each suite, next to a panoramic window overlooking the fascinating landscapes of the Galapagos Islands.

Hermes’ Owner’s Suite is an additional suite that we have included for travellers looking for more space, comfort, and privacy. We combine two double suites on the main deck to form a 70 m² (754 ft²).

All suites feature private balcony, mini bar, walk-in closet, and jacuzzi.

Double Suite

Double suites are 35 m² (377 ft²) on average, and all of them can be convertible. Four double suites located on the main deck can be interconnected.
